WHO WE ARE

Chrismark Home strives to provide a home-like and comfortable atmosphere for our residents. We work to teach and maintain a level of independent functioning consistent with each of our resident's abilities. We develop or maintain a meaningful level of community participation and provide residents with a positive atmosphere to enable them to recognize their potential to achieve their highest level. We encourage residents to set goals and we work with individuals to help them achieve their goals, encouraging and expecting them to become the best they can be.  At Chrismark Home, we listen to the needs of our residents in order to understand their limitations and discuss potential solutions.
