Chrismark Home, a growing CBRF in Rice Lake is seeking additions to our organization. We are dedicated to growing our team with the highest caliber, experienced professionals in our area.

We are currently accepting applications for Resident Care Providers for all shifts! We also have 12 hour and overnight sleep shifts available.

​

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is looking for some extra income, or for an experienced caregiver looking for a change in pace and a different care environment.

 

You must have reliable transportation, ability to read, write, and comprehend. CBRF certifications are a plus, otherwise you must be willing to obtain. We offer paid training to acquire needed certificates.

 

Your principle responsibilities will be providing supervision for our residents while they take their medications and live out daily activities. Additionally, we attend doctors appointments with residents, assist with meal preparation and oversee facility cleaning activities. We provide companionship, activities, and assist our residents with environmental support.

Most residents are independent in activities of daily living but some assistance may be required.

Required education:

• High school or equivalent

Required experience preferred:

• Patient Care: 1 year

• Caregiving: 1 year

Required license or certification:

• CBRF certification (preferred)

Salary: $16.00/hour & up
